"As mentioned in my previous email, we appreciated being able to check into our room early at 2:30 PM. Unfortunately, the positive first impression quickly changed when we found multiple blood-like stains on one of the bed sheets and a dirty sock left behind in the closet.
We immediately notified the front desk and were told the issue would be resolved. We waited over two hours in the lounge to give housekeeping time, but when we returned, the room was still exactly the same. The stained sheets...

"The hotel was so beautiful, spacious and clean. I got the two queen bed room. There was a standing shower, beautiful lighting and a window overlooking the city. There was only valet parking which was free also for us who had a reservation. Breakfast is not included."
