"What a wonderful stay I will be returning! The pool was amazing for this terribly hot weather, they have a little splash zone play area for kids which is a great consideration. Room service options were wonderful and they arrive so quickly. All staff members were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting any spot in the area."

"I have never had a better hotel experience than I did at Desert Palms Resort and will be bringing my family here every Disney trip we do! The staff were so kind and accommodating, answering all my questions, bringing us a bed rail for our toddler, and cleaning our entire room during our stay (even though I only asked for a sheet change). They had the best, most varied continental breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, and parking was convenient and easy. Best possible hotel stay with a family, and easily walkable to the park--10/10!"

"Pros: staff is very pleasant. Hotel was clean all around. Rooms were clean. Pool and splash pad in great condition. Breakfast was decent. Happy hour at the bar have great prices. Cons: new system so check in was very slow. Rooms have a wet bar area with nothing else. We had to bring our own utensils and plates. The pros out number the cons and I would definitely stay here again. Note: 10-12minute walk to Toy Story park shuttle, which is another 6 minute drive"
