"I recently stayed at this hotel during a trip to Disneyland with my daughter, and while there were a few positives, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff at check in were friendly, welcoming, and professional, and valet service was smooth and convenient, which I appreciated after a long day of travel.
Unfortunately, the property itself did not meet expectations. We were initially placed in a room on the construction side of the hotel. The view faced a blocked off parking lot filled with construction equipment, which felt uncomfortable and far from relaxing. Even more concerning, the room had visible cleaning supplies left out, including a mop near the window, which made the space feel unprepared and not guest ready.
We returned to the front desk and were given a different room. While I appreciated the quick reassignment, the second room still did not match what was advertised in the photos. The room felt worn, not as clean as expected, and overall not very inviting or comfortable. Small details, like only decaf coffee being provided, added to the sense that the experience fell short.
The location is definitely a highlight, especially for easy access to nearby attractions and dining. However, the amenities overall did not justify the stay, and the condition of the property was a major letdown. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again."
