"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. "It is a travesty to call the Wiltshire hotel a spa. We had had a long day travelling and were looking forward to a really nice spa experience. We were given a locker key and a sad towel, no robe. The ladies changing rooms were a disgrace. Broken tiles, grubby floor and a section had been roped off. The pool area was dirty with broken tiles, and mould on the floor tiles. The jacuzzi wasn’t working, neither was the steam room. The hot sauna was good but the pool temperature was on the low side. ...

"We had a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Faultless service from the staff in all areas and particularly the restaurant. Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. Bar lounge menus and main restaurant menu are good value, food is excellent."

"As soon as we arrived we were greeted nicely and given the information needed and were checked in. The room was fantastic, large, clean and really well equipped, the bed was huge and very comfortable, we had a nice view and the bathroom was clean and roomy. The spa was lovely and we had a lovely relax in there . We had a nice couple of drinks in the bar and watched the football. The breakfast in the morning was really nice with plenty of choice.
