"We could not even locate the place. We had to book another place for the night. Their contact number not even working. Not really sure if the place is real. Very bad experience as we wasted 2 hours driving, trying to locate the place but could not find it."

"The hotel situated just outside Harare centre has an excellent ambience with a central coffee/snack bar and well kept gardens around the small outside pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable. There were a few maintenance issues with our room, but nothing to detract from the comfort of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again for our return visits to Harare"

Negative-got there at 8pm after a long 12 hour drive from mana pools, the kitchen staff made us a nice dinner of pork chops and rice but overcharged quite a bit. 15 usd/plate for one chop rice and veggies. But we were grateful to have a meal without having to head back out into town"

"I spent 13 nights. A fairly decent place. The nights were so quiet and peaceful. I had good sleep. The place is being renovated so at times maintenance staff would start work around 06:30. This was quite inconsiderate. I think maintenance work should be done from mid morning to allow guests to rest long enough. The rooms were super clean. "This is definitely a tranquil haven set amongst a city of contrasts. The team were attentive went out of their way to ensure my stay was relaxing, enjoyable and any needs/requests were promptly and efficiently dealt with.
