Today, when I received my bill, I was charged a $150 cleaning fee because there was “hair dye on the towels and carpet”. The problem is nobody dyed their hair. I’m thinking, if anything, it could be makeup or suntan lotion, but charging $150 for something that could be bleached is crazy. I’m a mother who walks the room before I leave and didn't see anything...

"My wife and I have stayed at both Best Westerns in Kingman for the past six years. Usually 4 star stays. This time was different. Maybe just a bad weekend. Both ice machines were down. The room smelled like an ash tray even though it is "no smoking". The guest next door kept talking about fighting someone, anyone, he just felt like fighting. Maybe some parking lot security or at least some cameras might help with over ambitious guests. On the positive side, the property is clean, the room was...

"Staff was awesome, the park was perfect. You wouldn’t realize your in the middle of Kingman when you wake up if you didn’t already know it. The room and all facilities were well maintained. Highly recommend."

The halls were filled with boxes and the carpets were covered with plastic wrap from stains. Dogs were constantly coming in and out of the hotel, contributing to the bad smells.
