Hotel dekat Chocolate Box

"Es un hotel que ofrece shuttle del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa; lo menciona dentro de sus servicios y no lo brinda. Me contacté con el hotel antes de mi llegada para solicitarles el servicio de shuttle y nunca contestaron, hasta lo noche de mi llegada que hablé para pedir que me lo enviaran y fue cuando me informaron que no lo tenían disponible; esto hace una diferencia de entre 25 y 30 usd para cada traslado, es decir 60 usd en total, lo que ya lo situa en el rango de precio de otros...

"This place was great. Staff was very nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable and almost at home. We did have e an issue with the Roku not being set up but staff was great getting all the info we needed and getting it all set up. On our last night the host even moved her car for us to take her spot because the lot was full. Will definitely book again."

"This property was okay for our stay. My only concern was the cleaning of my room. Even when requested, my room wasn’t cleaned. My husband loved the breakfast and the morning staff was adequate."

"There were old cookies in our room that who knows how long they were there.. They were not ours as they were under the the head of one of the beds and are probably still there as we didn't touch them."

"My 4 year old grandson and I really enjoyed the stay. The long carpeted hallway was an enjoyment added attraction to his racing down the corridor like a marathon runner. This was a fun , adventurous yet tranquil stay."
