Wir hatten Appartement Nr. 9. Ein kleines Appartement mit Küchenzeile und Esstisch. Es gibt Kaffee, Tee und Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Das Appartement sowie das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Und obwohl das Appartement mitten im Altstadtzentrum liegt und eine offene Küchenzeile hat, ist es sehr ruhig. Man hört weder den Trubel der...
"Easy check in and out. Great communication. Very clean room with comfy beds. Only one mirror in the property so bring one for make up, but would recommend! "
"The location is excellent and the suite is large, comfortable, and quiet. While the area outside is surrounded by nightlife, it is silent inside the suite. It is a short walk from public transportation and many sites. The staff are communicative and were very helpful in arranging airport pickup. I highly recommend Matisse Bucharest Old Town. "

"A great location - 10 mins from the old town and 5 mins to a tube station. We only used tge tube on one day and walked to everything else. Reception are supposed to be there 7am to 7pm, but seem to wander off! However, they are very speedy to arrive if you WhatsApp or ring the number displayed. It's a small hotel (18 rooms) so that's why there isn't a 24 hour reception. Everything is very new with lovely feather pillows and duvets and a nice bathroom with fluffy towels. Rooms cleaned well...
"The property is in the heart of Bucharest. Well equiped, modern, it offers all you need for a good stay. Recommend adding instructions on the wall for operating the stove. The Europian style ( child protection) is not known to 3rd world countries (like America). Good price too."
"We had a fantastic stay and the owner was so accommodating when we had to unexpectedly stay an extra night. Great area with grocery shops and restaurants nearby. Many sights within walking distance but easy access to buses also. I would happily stay here again!"
"Everything was great, very close to the old town, area without noise, and the staff very friendly. The room was great and spacious taking also into consideration our teens needs. My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better. This would improve the aesthetic of the buffet."
