There was no stopping the water going under the shower screen so the bathroom became flooded. Was not until the end of the shower that this was noticed. Spent considerable time mopping it up. Obviously happens a lot as you can see the wood swell and rot in the skirting boards outside the bathroom. Apart from that, it was very comfortable.

The only complaint would be that the glasses in the cupboard and the microwave were too high. Managed to reach the microwave but not the glasses

Although it didn’t look at from the outside, once inside the room it is an amazing motel. Excellent blackout curtains would mean a lot when you don’t rise before the sun, wonderful shower and water pressure. And a super comfortable bed. And the traffic noise although on a main road was undetectable, very quiet inside the room. Definitely a room to book next trip to Christchurch

The room was fresh and comfortable. The motel was definitely better than the outside would suggest. The room was well furnished and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was modern and sparkly clean. The kitchenette appeared to have the basics but we only used it for morning coffee. Our room was upstairs and there was no elevator. This is definitely better for people with a car.

Nice, clean and modern. Had a weird layout - heavy door between two bedrooms which made it hard for children to open and get out of room - does have a door chock to use but really just an awkward add on to a room. Otherwise, great room for us as a family in transition from/to the airport. Laundry facilities - sign says to pay however I don’t think it’s enforced as front desk was prepared to give me laundry pod and not pay and didn’t know the charges and I just handed over some change which they took. ?maybe some clarification whether clients need to pay or not.

Room had a joining door to the next room, and thats all it was, a door. So could hear everything going on next door. Perfect for families and friends. Apart from that the motel was excellent and good location.

Our room had 2 separate single bedrooms and also a huge bed in the main room. It was perfect for a family with 2 children. Also the whole place was a good spec with everything you need.

Good comfortable accommodation
Nice comfortable motel close to amenities in Christchurch. Good amenities. Will stay again for a business trip with cafes in the morning and bars at night. Pretty quick access to airport - on par with other central accommodation. Make sure you organise late checkin as reception is not open after 7pm.

Clean and compact
Clean and compact. Washer and dryer on site but no clothesline. It is located on a busy intersection so can be very noisy at night, especially on the weekend nights. One strange thing though, bed was made with a pillow under the blankets and also a side plate that my son had left on the bed.

This is a fresh new property. excellent layout, very clean and great service. late check in was easy. this is my new favourite in Christchurch. Very affordable for the quality of the property. the Wifi is slow but that is the only small negative.

Best motel in town
We loved our first stay so much that we rebooked again. This motel has it all: Very clean. Warm inviting rooms, modern bathroom . Easy parking and close to shops and restaurants. Very friendly receptionist.

Very secure and private. Easy to deal with. Clean and everything needed provided. The supplied sachet coffee is disgusting, definitely do not recommend it. The ventilation in our superior suite toilet/bathroom was inadequate. Traffic from the very busy intersection did speed to take a short cut through the carpark once or twice... not the Motels fault, but something to be cautious of.
