I had a brilliant experience with an upgrade to runway view on Level 4. It was simply magic watching the sun set. Lovely staff member Adam at the front desk who was very welcoming.

Yes the shared kitchen and eating area is great, but it is hard to keep it clean the whole time. I only see dish detergent but no cleaning product for the counters and tables.
