"Did not stay in room. Called to say we were not going to stay the night. Left on hold for 25 minutes. Hung up. Tagged as no show. No refund at all. Totally disappointed."

"Mac registered us & he was amazing. Our room was much smaller than we anticipated. We booked a Deluxe King bed room & it was not a full king size bed at best it was queen plus. The bathroom was elegant but the smallest bathroom I have ever had at a hotel. The common areas of the hotel are beautiful. The hotel is extremely well located to restaurants & cultural & sporting events"

"This is a 3 building set of rooms behind a U-Haul center on a dark, dead-end. Shady characters hanging around... door lock / card key not working. They are trying to update, but it's not ready for guests! "

"Check-in was ok. Bed was nice. Bathroom VERY small. A big person would have a problem sitting on the toilet. Room in general was nice. But, there was no coffee maker or non-available to our knowledge. Check-out was odd; they could not give me a receipt b/c I booked thru Hotels.com (a third party)."
