"We had a great experience. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We swam in the pool/hot tub nightly with our young children, and it was well maintained and there were plenty of towels in the pool room. The pool room is kept nice and warm so you aren’t freezing when you get out in the pool water isn’t freezing. The gym was also very nice with plenty of free weights, treadmills, and elliptical, etc. The breakfast was good as well. Overall, it was a great...

"For what I paid a night to stay there my toilet paper should not be sitting on the bathroom counter because the holder for it is broken. Also, every time my husband or I would roll over you could hear the springs in the bed squeak!! We woke each other up all night just by rolling over in the loud bed! I have stayed in many hotels and never had a noisy bed."

"Check in was very easy, staff was friendly. Room was very clean, probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Everything from the carpet, bathroom, furniture, and bed. The bed was very comfortable, almost too comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and a great variety of items to choose from. Location was excellent with everything within walking distance. Parking garage is very secure. I would definitely stay again!"

"We normally stay at more boutique hotels but trie this and were pleasantly surprised. Couple of bars onsite and a starbucks plus a general store with good stuff. Made things easy…only kinda crummy thing was tight parking if you are driving a bigger vehicle their lot is not easy. I drive a landrover and my wife would have hit vehicles or walls navigating. "

"We had to swap rooms. No elevator as this is a 2 story property. We found numerous problems. The pool is closed. There was an arcing cord to a lamp ton the TV credenza. No one had access to a working lamp, so I left it in the hall for safety reasons. It was never replaced, but no biggie. Tried to plug in a laptop near the dining table, but it wouldn't accept the plug into the outlet. Closer examination found a broken 120 "hot" side of a plug had broken inside the outlet. No one could...

"Staff at check in was very friendly and nice. The room had one chair which was a office chair. The bathroom tub was dirt had to clean out before used. No TV in bedroom. The area of the hotel was poor lighted on lack crub appeal. Didn't feel safe in the area."

"BED BUGS. I flipped the mattress to find trash and dirt under the bed, then I unzipped the mattress to find bed bug eggs in the seems and then unzipped the cover on the box spring to find blood and God knows what. I left and didn’t even stay and then I asked about a refund from the front desk and they were rude and said I’d have to deal with Expedia that they wouldn’t give me a refund.. please stay away! Motel 6 give me my money back. Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend to anybody !"
