"The hotel looked very nice , as well did the room. Everything looked clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. As for parking, it was a little bit challenging because of how full it would get but there is always valet parking. Overall, had a great experience."

"Clean and well maintained for an old building. Restaurant should be avoided, poor service and food quality. Great location to navigate Indy. Valet parking over priced with few affordable or convient alternatives. Staff friendly but slow to react to special requests."

"Very late check in got the run around for awhile they Keir telling us any minute for hours. We left came back and so wasn’t ready by 7. The pool and hot tub was not well kept or rules enforced AT ALL. The pool experience was definitely SOMETHING the kids with and with parents followed none of the hotel rules. I got up at 5AM to try and beat the crazy kids fit the hit tub they weren’t supposed to be in and it was CLOSED and then also the front staff kept telling me into be thirty minutes. He said that up until 9AM which was the real let down as a mom who fought for the time alone to relax. Breakfast was available and edible no complaints there our room was clean. When we called for towels they never came until we stopped the housekeeper the next day in the hallway.. I did have higher expectations for the Embassy but thanks for the stay!"
