"Valet parking was excellent. The young men were courteous, respectful, and very accommodating. The Gentleman over maintenance was wonderful. He came to adjust the heating and cooling in my room. The gift of bottled water daily was a blessing and very much appreciated! My room was wonderful and the meals in the Eagle’s Nest were delicious!!!"

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The "artwork" on the walls is weird and mildly off-putting. This particular room looked out onto a "courtyard" which is what they call a concrete plot in the middle of a block of guest rooms.The front desk staff wasn't particularly personable nor were they terribly helpful. When asked about whether any restaurants were open at a late hour, the front desk employee muttered something I didn't completely understand and motioned in a general direction. I never did find that restaurant. The bathrooms are gorgeous and the towels are lovely. No breakfast is included which is strange given the cost of the rooms. Parking is ok (pre-pay lot requires use of QR code or pay $48 for valet parking). Overall, the room and amenities were not enough to warrant the price paid; I do not plan to return."

"This was our 6th time staying at Hyatt House. The hotel is in a great downtown location & being directly across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse so perfect for Pacers games, concerts etc. The rooms are always spotless & the beds are comfy. The breakfast bar is AMAZING! Tons of great options & always hot & fresh! This last visit was disappointing with a couple of staff members at check in. We found them short, dismissive & a little bit argumentative when it came to the parking garage parking. In the past, we were visiting for my Husband’s cancer surgery and treatments and we booked through an organization called Procare through IU Healthcare. They are extremely helpful and when you book with them, you get free parking in the garage. Otherwise it’s $52 per night (yes $52!)to park in the garage attached to the Hyatt house. You’re supposed to as we were told several times, scan your room card to get out but it didn’t work. In fact I got charged double for my parking which has recently been refunded. I voiced my concern and I was told that they were very busy. I understand that they are busy, but I am a paying customer AND a repeat customer and I just wanted my concerns heard. These two particular staff members will not discourage us from staying here again, but I think they need a little bit of a lesson in Customer Service and pleasantries! Thank you!"

"Unfortunately, this was not a good stay as a long time Hilton Honors member. Our first room had inoperable lights, TV, and hotel phone. We were then moved into a new room where the hotel phone was still inoperable and the AC unit sound was unbearable to sleep through. "
