"Good hotel, cleanliness is an issue for sure. Rooms clean is not bad. Pool & changing room, very poor condition of showers, floors, pool etc
Breakfast was good on weekend but weekday, low staff & cleanliness etc all dropped again "

Dates bathroom but comfortable bed & good sized room. Good value! "

"Lovely view of the lake from our room. Room was spacious. Cleaning lacked attention to detail - there was dust on the shelves by the kettle. The shower gel had been watered down.
I wouldn’t eat in either of the restaurants if I stayed again. Food was overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was very busy and only one coffee machine for decaf coffee so had to wait quite a long time to access the machine
Staff were friendly. "

"Room we clean and had space. The swimming pool with the booking system worked really - we really enjoyed it. Breakfast - we couldn't fault it, loads of choice excellent quality and service."
