"Ça fait plusieurs fois que je visite votre hotel, le seul bémol, il manque de chariots pour les valises. Je n’ai jamais réussi à en obtenir un. Aussi dans plusieurs de vos chaines il y a une station café-tisane que j’apprécie beaucoup. Ce serait agréable d’avoir une station dans le lobby. Merci, personnel très gentil "

"Breakfast wasn’t good/ seems like everything comes from a microwave. Property is outdated. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Staff was amazing. Check in was simple. Everything was clean. Not a bad stay for the cost."

"The staff was wonderful. Very comfortable room. The bar was inviting and well equipped. They offer a short menu with basic pub food but nothing fancy. There is a breakfast buffet for purchase. There is plenty of shopping neaby and familiar chain restaurants."

"Our flight arrived late, we got there after 12am. Upon check in the staff was very rude. We went to our room which was not clean, food on the floor bugs crawling around. We asked for another room, the male worker said it was no other room. He proceeded to tell us we can leave, that’s exactly what we did. I contacted Expedia for a refund, the male that checked us in marked us as a no show. I have videos and pictures. "

"Room was about a 5 1/2 lady at the office name ms Parker I think, she has a very very nasty additude. The overnight guy was very very nice he was the reason I stayed there. Once 7am shift change came the lady that works that shift she is so mean she told me she makes any reason up to take customers deposits. Other then that everything else was a 3 star. House keeping ladies gives bad looks and never speak only one lady she was so sweet."

"Checked in fine. Walked in the room and smelled cigarette smoke. Bed had stains. Smoke detector was detached. Asked for another room. Gave me another room. Walked in and the room had bugs crawling on the floor. Walked out and checked out. "

"Pictures are false advertising, thank goodness, I only needed the room for a quick overnight with niece and nephew, visiting university of Delaware for acceptance day. the place was a dump inside and out. Many potholes. Lobby was piled with boxes, hallways and common areas were dirty. Room was not too clean in corners, bathroom and pillows were awful. Definitely would never stay again. "

"I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel and would not stay here again. The room was not clean when I arrived, which immediately set a bad tone for the stay. To make matters worse, there were no towels provided, so I had to go out of my way just to get basic necessities. Also the majority of the outlets did not work ! The biggest issue, however, was seeing roaches in the room. That is completely unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. Cleanliness and basic...

"Nous avons été mal reçu par la réceptionniste en poste. L'hôtel venait d'être vendu et elle ne retrouvait pas notre facture qui était déjà payée et ne voulait pas faire les recherches. Heureusement le gérant a fait les démarches nécessaires et tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Bon séjour par la suite. P.S. ne payé pas votre séjour d'avance les hôtels changent trop de bannière."

"Property was updated and clean, staff was extremely friendly. The location to UDelaware was very convenient. Room was very spacious, however, the placement of the bathroom with a frosted door is not ideal. If the room is dark, turning on the bathroom light than lights up the area by the beds."
