"This hotel has the worst sound proofing of any hotel i’ve been in. After suffering the 3rd night of being disturbed by neighbours talking and watching tv (all Perfectly normal) we asked for our room to be changed, we were told to contact the front desk if the noise occurred after 10.00pm and they would address the issue. This meant we would have had to wait to be disturbed before the problem was addressed. Not good enough for a Hotel of this standard."

"Poor service—nowhere near a true 5-star experience. The Positives: Close to train station, right on waterfront with great views (paid extra). Gorgeous lobby/bar. Comfy bed (pillows too soft). Great breakfast buffet & friendly chefs. The Negatives: Paid for 3 adults, room set for 2. Towels, mugs, glasses, & all slippers missing. Day 1, caught maid in hall for items.
