"I have read all the reviews for the last 7 months and we were hoping they were one offs. But we experienced all of them. Generally the room was dirty, almost everything was broken or damaged and it was easy to tell they had been that way for sometime. Given that these complaints date back at least 7 months (I gave up reading them after that!) And none of these concerns have been addressed. We stayed here two years ago and had no such problems. "Hotel was very clean and modern so a nice place to stay for the night. The only small annoyance was the heater seamed to be set on 23 degrees. I set the controller on 17 but temp stayed around 23. Heater was also quiet noisy to sleep with as fan speed couldn't be adjusted down."

"This is a fantastic place to stay. Kangaroos and large sulphur-crested cockatoos feel like part of the cottage itself. You naturally greet the animals as you see them around, and in the early morning you wake up to unique bird sounds that make you feel as if you are in the middle of the forest. The fireplace in the living room is wonderfully warm, and both the indoor and outdoor dining areas are excellent."
