"I am sorry to have to inform you of the following issues with the room we stay in.The room was not clean in the bathroom area. Floor was not clean you could see the dusty & a person nail on the floor. . Door knob was full of dust on the back /or mode. The door would not close completely because the door bottom hanger was coming off? Plus the shower faucet did not want to close & bathtub was not clean completely- also the room floor rug was wet with humanity. People walking by on the outside...
