"Old facility, not upgraded to stay competitive. Crummy mattress & pillows. Grout crumbling in bathroom. Tv channel selection sucked with maybe 25 channels to choose from. You could find something better in their price range or something comparable for less no doubt. The staff was excellent from the lobby person to the shuttle driver. Their employees certainly helped their rating. Everything else was lacking"

"Could hear customers in the next room . The room was dirty the carpet was not vacuum and the bathroom floor was not sweat or mopped the toilet felt like it was gonna fall it was very wobbly"
