"It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. But none of these would make us not wanting to revisit and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to...

"Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless."

"Das Apartment war sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat sich sofort um zusätzliche Bitten, wie beziehen des Sofas in der "Küche"gekümmert. Die Lage ist super. Man ist direkt in der Altstadt. Man könnte bemängeln, dass die Bar gegenüber laut ist, aber wenn man Fenster und Türen schließt, hört man gar nichts.
Das einzige was man bemängeln kann, ist die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer. Bitte dort besonders in der Dusche besser putzen.
Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden."
