"Door to room was getting stuck. Struggled to get in. Front desk was unhelpful and told me I didn’t know how to use the key card. A housekeeper assisted me when she saw me struggling. She showed me How to open the stuck door and told me it was just getting stuck. Toilet would not refill when flushing. "For what I paid for, the room was not up to pair. The rugs in the room were very stained, alot of rust on the patio. The door outside the patio was messy. The hot tub was not working. There was a semi flood and the elevators stopped working"

"Got into the room where we were warned the mirror was broken. Didn’t know that the main bathroom mirror was going to be completely missing. Shower is flush with the floor so it would flood out and we would have to shower quickly while the other held towels to catch the water that couldn’t go down the drain. There is minimal outlets so we had to plug our phones in far and fully get out of bed when our alarms would go off in the morning. There were burn holes in the blanket provided on bed."
