"Sweet small hotel in a great area of Istanbul. For a budget friendly hotel the service was great with a staff member always available to help. The rooms are not brand new but they are very clean. Entry is off of a small side street that cars cannot access which makes it a bit difficult for luggage initially, but great to not walk straight out into a crazy driving street. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable central location to sleep when you're planning to be out and...

"The room we booked was advertised as having a city view; however, it only overlooked the front street and the building directly opposite, which felt misleading and disappointing. Additionally, the stairwell lighting was very poor, making it difficult and unsafe to use when not taking the lift. Housekeeping was also below standard. My sheets were not changed for the entire 4-night stay, despite there being a visible blood stain on them from a previous guest. The breakfast was enjoyable, though...

"This property is in a great and lively location in Cihangir. Do be aware that there is a fair bit of noise from bars and venues in the area, but manageable if you too are planning to be up a bit later into the evening or if you're a heavy sleeper. The room I was given was beautiful, with high ceilings, nice windows that open to a courtyard and plenty of space. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and had good pressure. Biggest issue was that the front desk does not seem to be regularly manned....

"This place was located perfectly near so many different restaurants, pubs, and shops all within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, helped with the laundry service, room was spacious and tidy, the air conditioning was a life saver, and the bathroom had a great large shower stall. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Nuru Ziya Suites this week. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, funny, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. Sahel during the day shift and Mohamad and Ali on the night shift went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and their kindness ❤️ truly made our stay memorable. I was especially impressed with the hotel’s excellent communication through WhatsApp and their proactive offer of a return airport shuttle....
