"To note, this is a shared apartment that have rooms with private bathrooms rented individually, not a chain hotel. With this in mind there are nuisances to be aware of, such as multiple keys, not a single plastic card, to access the building. In our case we had 3 keys (1 to access the building, 1 to access the room and 1 to access the private but detached bathroom across the hall) and a code to access the apartment on the 3rd floor. The entire apartment was clean with a shared kitchen area for coffee, etc. Our bedroom, labeled#, (others were labeled *and +, these I believe had attached private bathrooms), had a platform (only mattress) bed with a wooden frame around the bed. Be careful as this could pose a tripping hazard especially at night when going to the bathroom. The room is equipped with a flat screen tv that at times had to be unplugged in order to be powered on. A great stay to reach everything. Great host who were not on site but were reachable through Whatsapp and were attentive to all our needs and request."

"Arrived late amd had recd an email with the door code, and told where my room key could be found. No staff at the premises until cleaners arrived next morning. Room was average size, no frills, bed was comfortable, no spare electric sockets except one by the bathroom door, no good if you were in bed. One soap dispensor at the wash basin. Only person I saw at the property was Gloria who prepared the rooms. Location was midway between station and centre. "

"The property itself was ok. Bed was comfortable, close to the local attractions. The turnoff for us was the fact that the room was 29 degrees Celsius and the air conditioner didn't work. We went to the front desk and explained this to the gentleman and he said that the air conditioners don't work. I asked if they worked in any room and he said no. Given, each room has a mini-split system so there's no reason for them to not work other than they don't want them to work. I asked him if he could then it on in our room and he looked at his computer then came back about a minute later and said no, he wouldn't turn it on for us. So, there you are, hotel is nice, location is nice, but the place certainly isn't comfortable and the front desk did not want to take appropriate action to address this. "

"Do not book this hotel!! This company is the worst accommodation company I have ever dealt with. We booked with them from Feb. 9 to 12th. When we arrived, there was no running water. We called them, as they have no front desk, and we were told they were aware of this and offered a refund if we didn't want to stay. Due to the hour of our arrival, we said we would stay the night but if it wasn't fixed the next day we would check out. In the morning we still had no water, we couldn't bathe, flush toilets or use any of the washer (which was the main reason we booked). Again we called, the person we spoke with said we had to go through hotels.com as that's who we booked with. I contacted them through their online chat where the agent I was chatting with called the hotel group, was told they were aware of the water and had no timeline for when it would be turned back on. They told the agent a refund would be provided. We checked out and booked elsewhere. 24 hours later we were sent an email from Hotels.com saying the hotel will not provide a refund per their cancellation policy. I have been back and forth with hotels.com and the company and they refused any kind of refund. Stay away from here. On top of this the room was dingy and stained. It was not very clean or comfortable. "
