"We first stayed here 4 years ago and met Keira. We had been traveling all night and she arranged early check in and was just so helpful our entire stay. When we booked this year I hoped she would be there still and she is. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests have what they need, even personally delivering extra towels to our room. She greets you every time you enter the lobby and gives great suggestions on food and things to do in the local area when asked. The nicest and friendliest...

"The lady at the front desk was great. The breakfast was excellent. The cleaning staff was wonderful. The only thing I did not like was my wife and I was watching our four granddaughters for my daughter and her husband to go eat and they said we only get four armbands for the pool and since there was 6 of us they wanted us to pay 25 dollars an armband so that would be 50 dollars just for a few minutes at the pool. After paying 136.00 for one night stay, I think that is a joke. We were fortunate...

"Due to the time of the year of my stay, there was a lot of humidity in the area, so I had to set the thermostat on the AC to 70°F on high in order to keep the room dry. Since there’s no carpeting and only tile and flooring, the floors would get very wet and slippery. I have a physical disability, which affects my mobility and I use crutches to walk with. When I informed the staff that the floor was too slippery, they quickly brought some towels to keep the floors dry until the room was dry...

"The air condition was set on low and could not change it higher. We put our baseball fans on so it was good. The room and pool were clean so we did not complain. The breakfast could have had fruit, eggs and waffle machine like most free breakfast has. and no elevators> That did not bother us. However, some need elevators and carts to stay longer. We only stayed one day night."

"The room is clean and comfortable. It is also very quiet. It is a short drive to find some place to eat or go to the mall. Really loved the heated swimming pool and hot tub next to it. However, it seems that a group of people rented some rooms for the weekend so they could use the pool for a pool party. The pool was overcrowded and we could not use it Saturday. It's also had more noise that Friday night."
