"Wanted a refund from the door expecting a nice room that was missing represented on top of everything else like the toilet that wasnt cleaned dusty and the longe room was not a place to lounge as well as the kitchen attached to it never rushed to get a different place faster and you can find it for the price I paid I wouldn't have wanted to stay there and the refund process takes its time when you figure out you need to do it "

"We had a lovely stay at Little Paradise, Greyfield Farm Cottages! The cottage was immaculate, cosy and had lots of amenities to make our stay feel just like being at home. "Our first stay in a Z Hotel and it greatly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and well equipped - thank you for the larger than normal coffee cups in the room! Complimentary cheese and crackers in the afternoon (lovely!) and we had an inexpensive but really lovely breakfast at the hotel the next morning. Customer service was exceptional. "

Modern comforts in a historic city

"Stayed here for 2 nights in a double room. I was very pleased with my short stay. The room is plenty large enough for two people and multiple suitcases. The bed is big and comfy. There's a mini fridge with water provided. TV has working channels. The bathroom has a separate tub and shower and all toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, body lotion). The hotel has a gym and pool, option for breakfast, and a bar. It's a short walk from the train station and close to the city centre with lots of shopping and dining options. It's also very close to the Jane Austen Centre and the Roman Baths and most of the popular points of interest for visitors. Overall, it's a pretty nice hotel in a good location. My only minor complaint is sound leak from the hallway but that's like most hotels. The front desk staff were very helpful when my adapter sparked and caused the power to go out in my room. They lent me another one to use instead. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a modern hotel and a bigger space to stay. I would definitely consider staying here again if I ever make a return visit to Bath. "
