"Airport shuttle ran on the hour. The hotel communicated by text reference shuttle. The Driver called to reach me. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Room key was access to room floor only felt safe. Cafe offered a variety for breakfast buffet offering Western and Indonesian diets. Staff was super friendly and courteous. 👍💯"

"Our stay was heavenly. The room is large, well-appointed, quiet, and front desk was friendly. All staff is friendly and helpful. We were lucky and had a view of the stadium where we happened to view a fireworks show. We really liked that we could walk to Plaza Senaya via an underground tunnel. We attended a concert at the tennis building and were able to walk from our hotel."
