Nice and clean

Toom was very clean, excellent staff.

nice hotel, good location, nice ballroom, the pool okei, have smoking room

I was really impressed by the level of attention to detail that the hotel staff displayed throughout my stay. The room was as advertised. Clean & well maintained. The location was great. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet also. The food choices varied daily and the staff was terrific. A big, heartfelt Thank You to Sudharto the restaurant manager/maitre d. He was extremely helpful and attentive. I will definitely chose the Atria when I return to Serpong, Tangerang.

Ok

Very enjoyable stay made so by helpful friendly staff

Ideal for transit through Jakarta, will happily stay again

Good service

Another nice stay, seemed to be some kind of youth event that cause quite a lot of noise in the nights and heavy elevator congestion, other than that, it’s a really nice place to stay

Hotel was excellent. The staff were truly outstanding and such nice people
