"We didnt choose a great time of year to come as the snow was running out but this hotel has to be the best in town. Rooms are great where the neighboring doors dont slam. Great spa, restaurant, and shuttles to the lift. The best part had to be the staff. Each of them were truly amazing. "

"Hotel com potencial mas mal aproveitado. O Restaurante é fraco e o serviço do restaurante é muito mau. Nota-se que não há liderança do chefe de sala que não sabe receber clientes e os empregados passam o tempo na copa sem terem qualquer preocupação com o serviço ao clientes. A sala de jantar tinha somente 4 mesas postas o que dá um ambiente de abandono. Não se justifica o preço para o serviço oferecido. Não recomendo pois não correspondeu às expectativas."

"Et fantastisk lite hotell med nydelig utsikt og stor gjestfrihet! Først og fremst vil vi fremheve servicen som gis ved hotellet, spesielt av Michela. Hun var veldig hyggelig, imøtekommende, smilende og veldig profesjonell. Så var det jo ekstra hyggelig at jeg fikk praktisere litt italiensk med henne. Hotellets frokost var veldig god. Det var fine sittemuligheter på utsiden av hotellet, hvor man kunne nyte utsikten og en liten forfriskning."

Todos da equipe do hotel muito bem preparados e atenciosos. As fotos do anúncio não fazem juz ao hotel, ele é muito melhor! A decoração dos quartos é um pouco antiga, mas é do estilo do hotel, tudo bem conservado e funcionado. "My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Santer! We stayed in the newer building and the rooms were quite large with a lovely balcony and view. There is a nice walkway underground past the spa to get back to the lobby if it's raining or you don't want to walk outside. The spa is incredible! We did a private spa session which included a jacuzzi bath, sauna, a massage for both of us, and sandwiches/prosecco. It's two hours and totally worth the money! The hotel is a little distance from town...
