"Biggest issue we had was housekeeping staff stole one of our EarPods they swapped it out for one that was working, which was ours and left their broken one inside the case. We did not discover this till we were back in the US. We tried to rectify this problem with the establishment. There was no one that would help us the head of housekeeping was not responding to me to handle this situation .We only had our room clean three times. Ese mismo día le escribí al manager en turno PM con la incomodidad y su respuesta fue que no trabajaba con las reservaciones.
