"Die Lage ist hier alles, sonst eher mittelmäßig. Empfang sehr nett, Zimmer lassen einige Renovierungen durchaus zu. Es gibt Bademäntel und Pantoffeln, was wir gut fanden, allerdings war der Pool und Whirlpool von einer Horde russischer Mitmenschen bevölkert, so hat die Nutzung keinen Spaß gemacht. Beleuchtung lief auf Sparflamme und die Sauna war verschlossen und dunkel. Auf Nachfrage sagte uns eine Angestellte, sie wäre nicht zuständig. Alles nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. "Wir waren bisher immer im Chateau, mussten diesmal aber ausweichen da im Chateau nichts mehr frei war. Das Zimmer war genauso, es gab eigentlich keinen Unterschied. Der Unterschied war eigentlich nur dass man nicht im Bademantel ins SPA gehen konnte, und eine Jacke brauchte um ins Restaurant und zum Frühstück zu gehen. Ansonsten: Supernettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, sehr viele Parkplätze. Allerdings ist der Eintritt ins SPA nicht inclusive. Dafür ist das Zimmer deutlich günstiger."

"The location was very central to everything in the town. We arrived by bus, it was about a 20 minute walk along the river, quite lovely even on a drizzly day. The check-in (and out) with Tereza was simple and she was very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, a nice closet with hangers and a safe. Also a full length mirror. The bedroom is a good size for two people and their luggage. The bed is firm, but I found it comfortable. The bathroom is roomy enough for toiletry items and to get ready make-up wise (including a close-up mirror). The lighting is good and after the incredible shower with amazing water pressure, I found that the large mirror is anti-fogging. The breakfast is truly a big fat five stars for a hotel buffet. Varied each morning, it had many options of fruit, veggies, meats, cheeses, breads, eggs and a variety of little breakfast hors d'oeuvres. Delicious! The breakfast staff was also very nice. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. "
