Lieu agréable mais qui peut encore s’ameliorer

Bel établissement, propre et confortable. Hôtes sympathiques. Nous regrettons le gros manque d’insonorisation des lieux et le manque de flexibilité concernant les horaires d’arrivées( avant 17:00 avec un sms qui vous le rappelle à 16:00 le jour même). Difficile d’être sûre de ces horaires puisque nous sommes nombreux à partir en randonnée la journée. Dommage de ne pouvoir profiter du jacuzzi après 17:00 et seulement 15min gratuitement. Encore une fois la journée nous nous baladons .... pour finir, il serait utile de mettre des serviettes pour mains et cheveux dans les chambres ainsi qu’un Sèche cheveux par chambre plutôt qu’un commun à toutes les chambres.

Geweldig fijne accommodatie. De 2 broers die het runnen zijn ontzettend gastvrij en laten je je welkom voelen. Het is er super schoon en netjes en alles is heel en werkt. De kamer is groot en de regendouche in de badkamer is erg fijn. Toen wij aankwamen was de stroom in het gehele gebied uitgevallen, ze hadden allemaal zaklampen geregeld zodat we 's avonds ook onze weg konden vinden, top service! Je mag gratis 15 minuten in de jacuzzi, daarna krijg je wat lekkers te drinken en badjassen zodra je er uit komt. Echt geweldig na een pittige wandeling. Een echte aanrader en ik gun deze broers een succesvolle business.

Bien mais ce n'est pas un Spa

Bonne chambre d'hotes mais attention, il n'y a pas de Spa, ni de soin, juste 30min max de jacuzzi dehors sur réservation de 9h-12h et 14h-17h. donc les heures où on est rarement dans l’hôtel quoi. Le nom "La Villa Kazuera & Spa" est un peu survendu pour le coup.
