"The front desk staff were all very polite, fluent in English and helpful!! The small, one bedroom apartment with large bed and very upscale bedding was a nice benefit as was the full kitchen with modern refrigerator, countertop stove and oven. The table seating 4 people was perfect for serving meals as well as using it as a work station. We also found the restaurant and staff to be excellent and the small grocery store just across the street was very convenient as was the large shopping mall...

"Pra quem viaja em família, como nós, casal com 2 filhos, é muito melhor do que hotel, pelo fato de termos 2 quartos e 2 banheiros, além da sala e cozinha. A localização é muito boa, mercado na quadra ao lado, o Parque Araucano a uma pequena caminhada e o Shopping Arauco ao lado, com muitas opções pra comer ou comprar. Considero Las Condes como a “Faria Lima” de São Paulo. Usei a lavanderia, tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Recomendo!"

"It was a very nice stay! The room was very nice, the view is excellent (we were on a 17th floor). Everything was exactly as the pictures. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen were clean, nice and comfortable. We had 2 bathrooms which is great. The area feels super safe, a lot of groceries stores and dinning options. Super close to the metro. The communication was excellent, they are super nice and answer very fast. "

"Das Appartment hat ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn-Essbereich sowie ein kleines Bad. Alle Räume waren sauber und die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr gut. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass die Fenster die Geräuche von der Straße nicht gut dämmen."
