"Unfortunately our room faced the plaza and loud band until almost midnight! Also at 3 am we were awakened by loud tapping noise that lasted about 20 minutes"

"Choosing to stay here instead of downtown Santiago was about convenience and safety. I had booked a downtown hotel but after touring Santiago felt the location was unsafe for a woman traveling alone. So I booked the Holiday Inn. It was a place to wait for a flight. Wasn’t able to get late check out. Hotel is not comfortable, the staff is dismissive but it’s convenient!!!!"

"Breakfast was excellent, the room was very nice the staff was super friendly"

"Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Very good breakfast buffet. The hotel was connected to the he mall, so plenty of shopping."

"Beautiful hotel boutique. Home away from home Breakfast is awesome"

"Bed comfort is key and I loved the bed, it was perfect and after a long day of travel and then excursions that is a key for me. The size of the room was lovely, it was clean and quiet and I loved the pool view, the restaurant looked great but I did not have a chance to eat there but one morning before my excursion they were helpful for a quick bite. The convenience of the location in proximity to St. Lucia Hill was excellent and one of my fav walks I took while there. Great property overall."
