"A estadia foi otima, ressaltando o atendimento maravilhosa da colaboradora Carol Fuentes do setor de reservas, muito amavel e atenciosa. A maior decepcao foi com o atendimento da restaurante na cobertura/piscina. Chegamos para almocar as 15 horas, nao tinha ninguem no restaurante, mas o garcom mesmo nos vendo sentar nao veio nos atender, para ver o cardapio tivemos que sair da mesa para pegar no balcao. Depois que conseguimos pedir o almoco, todas as vezes que precisamos de alguma bebida ou...
