"This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced so far. The only positive was Lamiaa, who was incredibly kind and accommodating — she waited for us even after check-in had closed because we had mistakenly gone to another hotel with the same name (Scoiattolo), which caused us to detour for over an hour. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking.
