"L’emplacement est parfait ! L’hôtel est juste en face du téléphérique de la Montagne Tianmen. On y va à pied en 5 minutes, c’est ultra pratique pour commencer la visite sans perdre de temps."

"It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us."

"I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and well equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and the smart room controls were easy to use. The toiletries were of high quality, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. "The main positive about this property are the staff and the location. The staff are very polite, professional and most of all personable and helpful. Major props to Crystal and Sunny. Nothing but good things to say about them. The hotel is also very close to Tianmen Mountain cablecar station as well as local restaurants and airport/train station as a result of being in the city center. The property itself is well maintained though quite old and main drawbacks is the fact that the property itself...
