"Our 4-night stay at the Ascott service apartment was pleasant and smooth. The bed was comfortable with just the right level of firmness, and the four supportive pillows helped ease our tired necks after long days of travelling. The TV was easy to operate, with many local channels and content available, although it was difficult to link to our phone for screen casting. "A very cozy and professional apartment style hotel with friendly staff. Located next to a mall with variety of supermarket, restaurant and cloths. Within hotel got free laundry and my favourite ping pong table room with rubber floor mat. Front Desk/Amy was proactive and helpful in coordination for my groups of 11 pax transportation from Airport to Hotel, Hotel to Office daily return and last route Hotel to Train station all well arranged and negotiated a reasonable rebate price."
