"Hello, I paid on Expedia with a different form of payment and then was charged also at your desk. This was not just a hold it was a charge for the room. I was double charged."

"Great spot if playing at Spooky Nook. Not a lot for kids to do in downtime (no pool, no games, etc.). Kids have to pay to use the gym. Was raining and parking is across street ( no garage or close parking). Room didn't get cleaned while we were ther 4 days. Location is great, just not a lot of things to do for kids if you have downtime without paying more money."

"Beds at hard as rocks and not queen size as it said it was, breakfast meager, room not very clean. Eyelashes on the towels. Ice machine out. Had to ask to open pool and it was full of bugs my husband cleaned it out. Hoping we didn’t collect any bed bugs. Shower was weak due to water leaking around faucet in our room the kids room was fine. The old saying you get what you pay for is true. Saving money doesn’t always pay off. "The house is immaculate. Plenty of sleeping room, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The garage is a game room with ping pong and so much more. Foosball in the basement that our family played daily. Overall a great place to stay!"
