"I checked in at 7:30 which was considered after hours so the door was locked. I had to call to find someone to help me. The elderly lady came to the door after a while but struggled to get it unlocked. I told her I was checking in and she kept asking me what room I was in. "For the price I paid, it was okay. The room was updated, but appeared to be more of a motel atmosphere. Bathroom was outdated. I had a hard time locking the door. Wouldn’t stay there again, you get what you pay for."

"Staff was friendly. Check-in process was smooth. I was in town for a couple of days for job training. I did not have time to inspect the room after checking in as I had to leave for training shortly after. I booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, the room smelled like it has been used as a smoking room. Why does a non-smoking room have a comforter that has cigarette burn holes... Overall, the linen was not clean. Both units to the right and left of me had guests who were smoking......
