"We loved our stay from the moment we arrived. You're greeted at the gate, bags carried for you! They learn your names and room number pretty quickly so don't need to keep checking when you're booking a taxi or booking dinner etc. All the staff are so lovely. Breakfast by the pool each morning is great. Fresh fruit, eggs how you want them etc. Special shout out to Youseff who is so smiley and friendly. The staff here really are so ready to help you or offer you something before you need to ask....

The only thing that I would suggest is that they should add to the description of the RIAD that it is a 5 minute walk from the vehicle drop off point to the door of the RIAD. This would help with expectations of guests, especially for senior citizens. "

"Door to bathroom didn't close, ran into jamb, building must have shifted? Sliding windows from hallway into room don't lock so no effective way to secure your room. Sewage smell in room, but this seems to be a commonality in Marrakech as all shower drains have a drain that can be opened and closed with a foot touch to open it while you are showering and close it when done to keep drain smells from leaking in. "Breakfast was only served from 8:30 am-10:30am, so I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast everyday, because my tours were booked and pick up time was 8 am. Rooms were clean although they were small, wifi was available. Close to Kasbah you can walk, but it’s not safe in the night if you’re alone."
