"When we arrived from an all day trip we found out the pool and jacuzzi were closed. When I went to my room I found an open condom package in the bedroom on a seat like cushion. "I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. The location was nice, the space clean, my room was spacious, but the staff interactions were absolutely demeaning and disrespectful. The issue involved a staff member who used derogatory languague toward a member of my family while she asked to use the lobby restroom while we were checking-in. The incident was immediately reported to front desk staff, but there was no meaningful response at the time, we were told we may have misunderstood...

"When we came to the room, the fridge had food dump previous travelers, sink was full of filthy smelling water. Had yo first call the front desk and then ask for the new room as the staff did not know how yo fix it. Next day we can for the breakfast at 8:00 am and the food was bad and was not enough food for people. Not sure what those who came at 9:09 am ate."
