"This is an excellent place to stay in Houston, conveniently located along the Energy Corridor. The room/suite was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast menu and area were good. The gym is a nice addition. The hotel is located near a major highway AND also close to many good restaurants. We will return when visiting again."

"In room 626 the sink drain didn’t work very well. We forgot to tell them. Sorry. I also hate that there isn’t an ice machine that customers can go to. I wouldn’t mind going down by the pool to access a machine, but I don’t want to tip to get ice. Yes, they bring some up in the evenings, but it’s usually melting by the time we get back. "

"I got my bank account over drawn by 1034.00 dollars and it seems to not matter to the staff.i was on site calling from my room and they will not answer.went down to talk to them and was charged for advertised free breakfast.i was told I would get email from the hotel with confirmation my money would go back in my acct but until then I am racking up over draft fees!!there is a lack of communication between third party and the hotel.no hot water.."

"It’s a motel so take it for what it’s worth. You’re getting what you pay for I guess? It’s a new property so it’s clean and our room was cleaned daily. The bad is mostly and sleep and shower. The beds are stiff and low quality. You get essentially two sheets to sleep with(no comforter or heavier blanket). The shower was the poor highlight of our stay. It’s nice looking but the water pressure is abysmal. Which is surprising since the property is so new. Also, I took 2 cold showers and finally...

"Had a lovely 6 night stay at the Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria. The hotel was as expected for a Hyatt. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel bar was quite nice and had a lively, although not overly crowded, vibe. Enjoyed a late dinner at the bar one evening and cocktails with colleagues another. The Market for grab and go and quick bites was also great although it could be staffed better especially during the morning rush hours. Great chocolate croissants and lattes for breakfast...
