"Staff were friendly and accommodating. Beds and pillows were below average. Our room also had a very noisy AC unit that made it difficult to sleep, though staff were able to fix it to make it more manageable. We had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned. Breakfast in the mornings was above average with lots of options. Overall, for the price, I do think there are better options available and would not book here again."

"We were upgraded to a studio room for free which was the only positive part of the stay. The bathroom had a dirty rag and hair in the shower. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned before we arrived. The glass on the table was also not secured to the frame in any way and was easy to bump and almost knock off. "I was changed to 3 different rooms, the first one had a dirty room bed was not kept clean, bathroom and floors dirty, changed to second room the one it had holes on the covers (burns), changed to 3rd room stain bed covers, pillows, bathroom and curtains un flush toilet, when I went back to front desk desk the attendant told me in an unpleasant tone to deal with it, I requested to speak to ma manager attendant replied I don’t have to call anyone, I tried to collect my thunks to leave but the key...

"Loud construction sounds till late after midnight. Flippant fellow at the front desk, seemed to resent guests. Weird. Save yourself the trouble. Lots of other nicer, less expensive, places to stay in the ares TBH. "

"You really do feel like you’re walking into your own oasis when you step into this hotel. On the outside it’s very assuming, on the inside area it’s very light and bright, nice music playing, very friendly staff. The pool area is beautiful, we had an easy time getting chairs every morning. My son’s favorite part was all the complementary snacks:) The pool was very cold but refreshing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we loved how spacious they were and that we had a separate living area...

"We were pleased overall with the property and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Two concerns that we had were the inconvenience of the broken elevator especially with the number of kids and families in the lobby and lounge areas. Secondly we were most disappointed at the ongoing running and playing on each of the floors by the kids that were staying at the hotel. They continued to run through the building late into the evening when most people would be settling down in their rooms....
