"I booked 2 rooms because my mom had to have surgery.. the hospital called the last minute and canceled the surgery. The hotel management would not agree to refund. Under the circumstances I would think they had a enough empathy & compassion not to charge us. That's over $300 that i can't get back.."

"There a hidden charges when booking for a room. Not sure if Expedia is aware but beside the confirm amount for the room, they will ask for a refundable $100.00 deposit for “amenities “ . This charges should be disclosed upon booking and not during check in."

"This location was quite old, not well maintained in the room we stayed. Dresser drawer fronts were broken. There were candy wrappers found beside the couch. The beds were clean and comfortable, it’s just an old place. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but seemed short handed."

"At first I thought I was not going to be happy. But I was pleasantly surprised. It has been a very long time since I stayed in a place where my door was to the parking lot, but the bed was comfortable, it was quiet for the most part, except when people were talking in front of my door. It is practly all new. I would stay again."
