"This property was absolutely disgusting. The photos are AI!!! The parking lot, walk ways, and stair wells were not maintained. The garbage cans were overflowing and there were cigarette butts everywhere (on a supposedly non-smoking property). Our room was unlivable. The walls had stuff all over and the bathroom was not cleaned at all. The shower curtain and bathroom door were covered in what looked like blood. The floors looked like they’ve never been cleaned. Staff at check in was apathetic and...

"Very quaint. We loved it. The hot tub wasn’t super hot and was very chlorinated. The courtyard was absolutely adorable. The room was clean and cute and the mattress was comfy."

"The breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was mediocre for the money spent, was unable to sleep all night on the very bad bed, I slept on the chair was much more comfortable. The tv selection was horrible for the family. Keys demagnetized immediately if set by phone or any electronics. The pool and hot tub are very small. I booked with the reviews and I was very disappointed with my stay."

"I asked for another room because the air conditioner was very noisy and had a sour dank smell and the bed had a crater in it. The second room was a bit better. Rooms are very basic. TV is cable only. The hallways were dirty and windows needed cleaning. Pool was out of commission. The breakfast area was dirty with tables needing wiped off and items needing restocked but attendant wasn’t around."

"Our family was traveling through Provo and very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent. The pool was a little cloudy, but otherwise the property was clean and well cared for all around. We would come back for sure!"
