"The beds in our room were really comfortable. Quiet and clean pet friendly rooms. Double luggage racks were provided which is really nice. Wonderful spread for breakfast with waffles and freshly made yoghurt. I like that there were cookies and cold water available near the front desk to welcome guests. Onyx was super helpful in checking us in."

We spoke to the front office women, who was very kind and she spoke to the (I’m guessing maintenance man or manager, not sure) man doing pool work, who did ask the people to leave. "My overall experience would have been a 3 to 4 star rating, up until I woke up in the morning, got up to go to the restroom, then upon returning to bed, discovered that I had rolled over and killed 3 small cockroaches in my sleep, which were squashed into the bed sheets! I immediately showered and left the property. To be fair, I answered all the rating questions without letting the roaches factor into the overall rating. I can deal with A LOT of things, but the bugs were a bridge too...

"I love Residence Inns and the Residence Inn in Chico followed suit with all of the other fabulous Residence Inns I've stayed at! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have a food allergy and at breakfast, that was also wonderful and so many options, there was a sign saying ask about their gluten free items. The staff member I spoke with was extremely helpful and packed me up a whole box of gluten free goodies to take! The room was also great, spacious and nice. The pool was wonderful, too!...
