"All of the food options were amazing.they had several restaurant on the property so you literally didn’t have to leave for anything once you checked in. I love the fact that you didn’t have to worry about having to use cash. You could just use your room bracket to buy everything. My kids enjoyed the arcade and the indoor water park. The arcade had so many things for the kids to do, from escape rooms mirror mazes laser tags and plenty of games. The indoor water park was good for all ages and it had amazing food options as well. The rooms were spacious and comfortable."

"It’s an older hotel, but the room was kept very clean. The staff were neither good nor bad—they weren't particularly friendly or smiling, just very businesslike, though they were efficient. I was shocked to find there was no hairdryer in the room, especially since they told me they had to "look for a spare." I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn't have a hairdryer in every room. Also, for some reason, the fridge had been pulled out from its usual spot and wouldn't work even when plugged in. Since we arrived late and were exhausted, we just decided to give up and accept it for what it was."

"First of all, I specifically booked this room at $280 per night because the Expedia listing advertised an off-leash dog area. The second photo especially made it appear as though there was a grassy area where dogs could safely roam, and the wording in the description strongly implied the same. That ended up being completely misleading. Another reason we booked was because the hotel stated the restaurant was open until 11 PM. However, when we arrived, they were only serving drinks and no food, which was extremely disappointing after a long day of traveling. The sheets and pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel — especially at this price point. For what they charge, the bedding quality felt cheap and uncomfortable, which was honestly insulting considering the nightly rate. To make matters worse, the fridge in the room did not work, so my medication that required refrigeration was not stored at a safe temperature overnight. Because there was no proper dog walking area as advertised, I had to walk my dog on the street, where he ended up getting bitten by another dog. That alone completely ruined the experience for me. Overall, this place felt like one big overpriced catfish. I also asked multiple times to speak with a manager and requested a callback, but nobody ever followed up with me. I would absolutely never stay at this hotel again."

"The floor looked like someone had spilled something and it had not been cleaned. The smoke alarm went off all night. The mirror had a layer of dust. I only stayed one night and I was scheduled for 3. I got up early and went to the hospital and did not get back til one. They only wanted to refund for 1 day. They offered me another room that was supposed to be smoke free, but the smoke alarm was still going off. No coffee or breakfast."
