"Poop on walls, broken shower and stained sheets and mold caked in ac"

"Room was clean, but it had no full-sized towels for some reason - which I only discovered after stepping out of the shower. Also had three tries at getting coffee over a 20 minute period during breakfast and it was empty every time."

"Very nice place and very clean. Safe area. I booked this place for my son and his new wife on their wedding night. Of course it was a late check in due to the wedding, but the front desk said there were not anymore king size bed rooms and they would have to stay in double queen room. When we reserved the room we reserved a king size bed room. So, not sure if this an expedia issue or the hotel not accommodating issue. Mind you they were still in their wedding clothes, so it was obvious."

"This is in a great location to Bricktown. You could walk to it. The room itself was great with some really nice personal touches. It was very clean. The location of the actual room was awful though. It was right across from the front desk and so was incredibly loud from every direction. I would definitely recommend repurposing this room all together. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"We took our daughters to a concert there, and while they were able to walk to the concert’s venue we stayed for the “social hour” at the dining room. They gave us carnitas tacos (because of taco Tuesday) beer and wine. My husband and I really enjoyed a couple hours talking, eating and drinking peacefully!!! We loved our stay there!!! Next morning the breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. 10/10"

"This property is always clean and staff is very friendly and kind. We now stay here every time we go down to visit our son and see OU football games. There is great food and bars around the hotel in Bricktown. There is less traffic than a main st in a town of 9000 people."

"Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay."

"The 2nd night we came in late and our air conditioner was not working. We ran it on fan all night as we didn't want to change rooms at that time. The hotel has been renovated but the carpet is still old. The location was great for the area around the Devon park and seemed very safe"
