My recent stay at this property was poor. The overhead light in the bathroom was broken, fortunately the light from the heat lamp worked and provided some visibility. The toilet seat was too small and the wrong shape (commode was oval, seat was round). There was no hair dryer or facial tissues. There were no clothes hangers for the closet area, when I inquired I was told "we don't provide hangers." There was no iron available (I went to Walmart and purchased a travel steamer). The TV didn't work-signal was never available. Carpet was so dirty my shoes were sticking to when I walked across the room. Ice machine was broken and the place where you would place the ice bin (if there had been one provided) was filled with trash. Vending machines empty and not working. Final insult was when a roach crawled across the bed. You might ask why did I stay the 2 nights? Because I had prepaid and was told no refund was available. I had just driven 10+ hours and could not afford to pay for this hotel and go look for and pay for another hotel. See photos.
