"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, even above some of the 5 star hotels I've been a guest at previously. Everything was so clean and nice. The room was gorgeous with rolling black out curtains, which I loved, and lots of windows, the bathroom was big and the bed was super comfy. My room also came with a lot of storage space and a chaise lounge by the window. I was very disappointed that at every turn there was a prompt for me to provide a tip to the staff, even after checking out when being asked to provide a review. If their staff needs the tip to supplement their income that is on the hotel chain to pay them adequately, not on the guest. A tip for going above and beyond is one thing, but them leaving a manufactured business card in the room asking us to use the QR code to tip the housekeeping staff is...

"There was a hockey team staying there and they let them party way past the quiet period. We were there with our whole family, 2 babies and it ruined the entire weekend. Hotel staff need to be more on top of it for the experience of everyone. Our room was also not clean. Overall, would not recommend. The food was the saving grace, it was good."
